Data we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email address, message and, if you give it, your phone number. Name, email address and message are needed for us to reply to your enquiry; without them we cannot respond. Your phone number is optional.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, processed when you load pages.
• Your cookie choice, stored in your browser.
• Advertising data: if you accept advertising cookies, identifiers and information about your visit.

Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to enquiries and preparing an offer you ask for: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or, where the enquirer is a business contact acting for their employer, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Running and securing the website: our legitimate interest in a working, safe site (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Measuring advertising campaigns: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
• Keeping accounting records where a contract follows: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

Retention

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows. Server logs are kept for a short period for security. Accounting records are kept for the period required by Estonian law. Your cookie choice is kept for 12 months.

Processors and recipients

We use providers in these categories: website hosting and email services. If you accept advertising cookies, Microsoft receives advertising data through Microsoft Advertising (UET). The legal basis is your consent.

Transfers outside the EU

Advertising data sent to Microsoft may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where another provider transfers data outside the EU, it does so under safeguards allowed by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
